Terms and Conditions (from 1st January 2012)

Juiced Up Technology Ltd (trading online as tablet-pc.co.uk) have tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as clear as possible and give you all the information we can about your online transactions so that you fully understand the whole process, from order to delivery and after sales.  It’s really important to us that your online shopping with Juiced Up Technology Ltd meets expectations, so please spend a few minutes and read on. You’ll need to accept our T’s & C’s every time you make a purchase through our website and they might change from time to time, so please check the date at the top of the page to see when these T’s & C’s are effective from.
Our contract Once you have ordered

If you make any mistake during your order please don’t panic, you can correct any input errors right up until you confirm payment.

Once you’re happy that everything is correct and you’ve submitted an order you’ll be given an Order Confirmation email of the products you have ordered. Your order will be sent out as per your order details.  

Being human sometimes we have to hold our hands up and admit we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the availability, price or description of a product you have ordered).   In this instance we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s), even if you have received your Order Confirmation email. You will receive a full refund of any charges already paid to us within 7 days of any cancelled order.

Prices & Payment

All our prices are in UK pounds. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any delivery charge (if applicable), plus any extra services you choose e.g. express delivery delivery. You can clearly see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted.

Once orders are submitted Juiced Up Technology decide whether to accept your order, we may use certain information about you, including any received from our accredited identity verification partner. For example, we may pass on your details for them to check against certain public and private databases. This will help to protect you and us from fraudulent activities.


Delivery (All orders are posted Monday to Friday). Please note that free delivery is limited to orders placed directly with the website without the use of discount or coupon codes or vouchers.


Small items/orders, such as single orders of tablet pc’s are usually delivered by courier or by post, generally within 3 working days** to UK addresses only. Orders such accessories are sent via recorded delivery and are not sent next day. If you require certain products urgently, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can assist you.


If your item is being delivered by Royal Mail you will be able to track delivery but you should expect it within 3 working days**. All orders will be sent either recorded or special delivery when using Royal Mail. If using a courier your item will be tracked all the way and you will be able to track this online. If you require your tracking details, these will be available when you log into your customer account.

If you buy a number of items from Juiced Up Technology Ltd then there is a good chance you’ll receive your goods separately, but don't worry, this may be down to postal insurance or any other factors but you should receive your order within 3 working days.
 
**Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by any of the delivery companies we use and you accept this term by ordering.

 
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
 
We do our up most to ensure your order arrives with you complete and in perfect condition.  If you don’t receive your order in perfect condition or you have received an incorrect or faulty order please notify us within 48 hours of receiving. We will exchange or refund you if reported within 48 hours of you receiving. Any goods that are damaged on delivery MUST be reported with 72 hours of receipt at the very latest. 

 

Returns and Aftersales Policy
 
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to exchange your purchase or offer you a credit note as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 7 days after delivery. Please note we do not offer refunds for unwanted gifts/purchases. Refunds will be made for faulty items only and the buyer will have to return the item in advance of any refund agreed.  

Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them.  You are entitled to a refund as long as you report the fault within 7 working days* from the day after your delivery or if the product develops a fault within the first 14 days of you receiving. The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.  Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.


* Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods at your own cost within the 7 working day period.

Refunds take between 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card once the refund has been approved.

Faulty Goods

If your product has developed a fault, we will try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible.  

You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. If the fault with your product occurs after the 14 day period but its in your guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery, but dependent on item purchased) we will offer you a repair service*. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault before anything is agreed.

For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise 'as new' condition, complete with any accessories and free gifts offered/received and with the original box and packaging.

Refunds for faulty goods do not include the applicable delivery charge. The cost of retuning items to us is the customers responsibility and we do not reimburse. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This is at our discretion upon inspection of goods.

*Often repairs will be carried out by the manufacturers’ own service teams with whom we have arrangements in place to ensure your product is repaired by skilled and qualified engineers. If we refer you to such a repair centre when you call us, please be assured we are not fobbing you off. If you’re not happy with their service we urge you to let us know.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM TRADING STANDARDS OR CONSUMER DIRECT.

We, our Group companies and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.

You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.

General

These terms and conditions, and all transactions relating to this website and all non-contractual obligations arising from any transaction carried out on this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
